AITG Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative responsible for generating significant new business through identifying, contacting, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships This is a new position and an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson to establish themselves in a laid-back, exciting technology firm. Enthusiastic entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

AITG has provided e-commerce services to customers worldwide since 1998. We offer a relaxed work environment in Prince William County. We value individuals who are creative, enthusiastic, and willing to bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our marketing firm to develop long-term sales/marketing plans
  • Execute and manage sales campaigns
  • Follow up on direct mail and emails
  • Secure meetings with key decision makers at target accounts
  • Develop and qualify new prospects through a variety of means
  • Use exceptional sales skills to convert prospects to clients
  • Provide demonstrations at customer sites and online
  • Interface with our technical staff on provisioning services to new accounts
  • Work with technical and management staff to develop new services and enhance current services
  • Networking and brand building
  • Other duties as assigned

Ideal Job Skills:

  • Knowledge of the retail and/or SMB market
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to be highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision
  • Commitment to customer service with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • College degree preferred

Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses + Benefits

  • Hourly pay commensurate with experience
